Job Summary

NeoVista Hospitality is seeking an experienced Wine Bar & Events Manager to lead the wine program and guest experience at The Vault, a refined wine-focused concept featuring a highly curated, high-end selection, including rare bottles valued up to $10,000. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong sommelier-level knowledge who is passionate about delivering an elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain a premium, curated wine program
  • Provide expert wine service and guest guidance
  • Oversee private events, tastings, and wine programming
  • Train staff on wine knowledge and service standards
  • Ensure proper inventory, storage, and handling of wine

Qualifications

  • Sommelier certification preferred (CMS, WSET, or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in fine dining, wine bars, or high-end hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and service
  • Excellent guest engagement and leadership skills

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule

  • Monday–Saturday operations
  • Evenings and event-based hours required
