Master Chef Luc Pasquier
Jack’s is proud to welcome Chef Luc Pasquier, Certified Master Chef of France. Early on in life, he had great culinary influences, being the Godson of world renowned Chef-Restaurateur Andre Soltner of the famous New York City restaurant, Lutèce.
At the start of his culinary career, Chef Luc worked closely with world famous chef, Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. He later opened Hotel-Restaurant Luc Pasquier in Burgundy, France; which he owned and operated for nearly ten years. While in operation, Chef Luc received practically every top European honor including Michelin Guide, Gault and Millau, Bottin Gourmand, and Relais & Châteaux.
Chef Luc was one of ten chefs annually invited to compete in the Best Chef of France competition during his career in France. He was then recruited by the consulate general of France and became the executive chef of the French consulate in New York City. During Chef Luc’s tenure with the French consulate he worked closely with the finest American and European Chefs; such as renowned Chefs Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Eric Ripert, and Alain Ducasse.
Chef Luc was asked to cook privately for many famous dignitaries such as President Nicolas Sarkozy of France, UN Secretary Kofi Anin, and the late Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.
Together with Jack’s owner, Brad Rosenstein, he is very pleased to create an exciting new dining experience which will capture the fine traditions of Jack’s as well introduce a European flair.
