Luc Pasquier

Jack’s is proud to welcome Luc Pasquier, Maitre Cuisinier De’ France. Early on in life he had great culinary influences, being the Godson of world renowned Chef-Restaurateur Andre Soltner of the famous New York City restaurant Lutece.

At the start of his culinary career, Chef Luc worked closely with Paul Bocuse Maitre Cuisinier De’ France in Lyon, France. He later opened Hotel-Restaurant Luc Pasquier in Burgundy, France; which he owned and operated for nearly ten years. While in operation Chef Luc received practically every top European honor including Michelin Guide, Gault and Millau, Bottin Gourmand, and Relaix and Chateau.

Chef Luc one of ten chefs invited to compete in the Best Chef of France competition during his career in France. He was then recruited by the consulate general of France and became the executive chef of the French consulate in New York City. During Chef Luc’s tenure with the French consulate he worked closely with the finest American and European Chefs; such as Certified Master Chef Daniel Boloud, Jean George Vongerichten, Eric Ripert, and Alain Ducase.

Chef Luc was asked to cook privately for many famous dignitaries such as the current President of France, UN Secretary Kofi Anin, and the late Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis.

Together with Jack’s owner, Brad Rosenstein, he is very pleased to create an exciting new dining experience which will capture the fine traditions of Jack’s as well introduce a European flair.
